KINDER BUENO CREAM

Absolutely essential recipe for all Kinder Bueno lovers.

 

We want to share with you the recipe for this delicious cream. You can create your own Kinder Bueno bars and fill those with this cream, or you can use the cream in cakes, cupcakes or just on a slice of bread.

The cream is delicious and especially good in sponge cakes / chocolate sponge cake and nut cakes.

We can guarantee that both children and adults will love it.

Ingredients

100 g  icing sugar
80 g powdered milk

80 g hazelnuts (without shell)
80 g sunflower oil

30 g whole milk

1/2 ts vanilla sugar (optional)

Tricks!

1.- If you want to use it as frosting on cupcakes, we recommend mixing the amount of cream that you get from this recipe with 50g softened butter (add a few drops of hazelnut essence if you wish)

2.- The cream is gluten-free and can also be made lactose-free, then we use soy milk, almond milk or rice milk and the dry milk is replaced with 70 g hazelnuts ( the taste may vary slightly from the original but it tastes good anyway); almond milk will change less the taste

Directions:

 Put the icing sugar, the powdered milk and the hazelnuts in a kitchen mill, and ground the mixture up into fine powder.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and pour the sunflower oil and the vanilla sugar. Whisk until everything is well integrated, add a little milk in between, you will get a smooth and shiny cream.
