KINDER MAXI CREAM

One of children's favorites.

 

There are a lot of filling posibilities for cakes, but when it comes to the youngest in the house, chocolate cake is the quintessential cake. Are you tired of the same filling birthday after birthday? Try with this filling.

Most children (and many adults) love kinder chocolates; and kinder chocolate cream in chocolate cakes / chocolate sponge cakes is like a dream. The cream and the kinder pieces simply melt in your mouth.

Ingredients:

60 g  wheat flour
400 ml whole milk
6 uds kinder Maxi

Tips!

We add no sugar since kinder Maxi already contains quite a lot of sugar.
When we use it as a filling in a cake, we put some small kinder bites on the cream as shown in the picture.

​​Procedures:

Put the flour in a saucepan and warm slightly on low / medium heat to remove wheat taste (it gets a little golden, but make sure it does not get burned).

Remove the pan from heat and add half the milk amount, stir quickly to avoid getting lumps.
Then add the kinder Maxi (cut the bars into smaller pieces) and the rest of the milk and set over medium heat again, stirring until it begins to thicken.
