Vanilla and chocolate cake all in one.
These small balls are like truffles but instead of chocolate, they are made with just egg yolks and sugar, they are very sweet but with an excellent flavor.
First floor is a vanilla sponge cake with vanilla cream and raspberries jam (all homemade). The second floor is a vanilla sponge cake with a layer of darkchocolate and vanillacream over it. Dripcake decoration (light chocolate frosting on the first floor and white chocolate frosting on the second floor) with some homemade macaroons and a fondant rose in addition to some chocolates.
Swiss roll is a thin layer of sponge cake (made in a baking tray) with vanilla cream filling. Icing sugar spread over the top and fornand decoration in Norway colors.
